I don't really understand it. It's sometimes 60, it's sometimes 80 but sometimes people with 100 opinion won't leave the faction. Can somebody explain?
Yeah, Conclave/accompanying patch made vassal management stupid easy. Between NAPs and using the council if you really need the extra breathing room, it's really trivial to keep vassals in check. If they're at 100 opinion and in a faction, it's either spymaster coercion or favour owed. Best thing to do: marry into your vassals. So long as they've got a non-aggression pact, no favour or coercion can make them join factions.
Heck, I've got non-aggression marriages with all my important vassals, and don't even care about playing tyrant anymore. They're at -100 opinion for that time I revoked a coreligionist's kingdom and three other duchies? Wups, worst-case scenario is no troops from him for a decade.
Eh, I usually create a few superdukes/kings of my dynasty that are far more powerful than all the other vassals. Placate them and it doesn't matter how the rest feel about anything because 75% of the realm is in my pocket. Add in a few years of seduction focus and cranking out bastards and you can get plenty of NAPs.Well until you have upwards of 26 dukes anyway, Then its gold farming time.
