I have plans on making an Operation Sealion scenario.

I checked an WW2 site and found out that the Germany was gonna invade UK with 23 infantry divisions. In HOI2 an infantry division with 100 strength has about 10000 soldiers..Im right?

Please tell me how many tanks an tank division with 100 strength has...

Yes a division is roughly around 10,000 men, although I dont know if that is all men or just those who fight..

And division sizes could well differentiate between various nations.

As for armour, I dont know. There must be loads of WW2 sites with that kind of info.

I have written up the needed province IDs, last thing i need now is...The german and british navies OOB in september.
http://www.flin.demon.co.uk/althist/seal1.htm#part1
- The strength of the Luftwaffe at the point of Sealion was about 750
bombers and 600 Me109 fighters. The Germans

estimated the strength of Fighter Command at 300 planes, of which 100
were not available to the RAF.

In fact, 11 Fighter Group had 672 planes, of which 570 were Spitfires
and Hurricanes.

The Luftwaffe, with its resources, was expected to do all of the
following:

Act as artillery for the landing forces
Keep the RN out of the Channel
Win total air superiority
Prevent British Army reinforcements from getting to the zone by
bombing railway lines
Make a mass attack on London to force the population to flee the city
and choke the surrounding roads

What I've seen is that if you want the AI to try an invasion, you need the map to be generally smaller for the side that will be doing the invading. This way they won't garrison alot of land and instead focus on attacking the other side and launching assults. Try out different numbers of provinces to see which work best. Or I guess you could try making an AI for the scenario. Try looking at the Invasion of Italy scneario AI, since I've seen the US and UK launch assults alot in that scenario and just modify it for yours.
