Operation Sealion Achievement after starting as UK.

I started an Ironman as Germany.
I exited and started another Ironman as UK.
Result was that I got the Sealion achievement immediately after starting as UK.

How far into the game as Germany did you play?

Ignore that. I've been able to reproduce it. Bug raised.
