What do you guys/girls out there think will be the best opening move for Rome in terms of conquest, should they go North or south or east, and why/why not.
You simply conquer Samnites than Etruscans.
They are pushovers (comparingly), and can be annex within 1 war.
The Path that give you the most for the least effort. But the big question is, where will it be most beneficial to go? (and I do know the game is not out yet)
Does anyone know what claim events Rome gets? I assume Eutruscan and Samarites is the one on 1st Jan. Is there any others? Do you get a separate one for Carthage?
Thanks!
Strange, I've never seen them expand into Carthage. You get most of southern italy and Erutria on January 1st, then claims on Carthage like a couple years later. Then, claims on Epirus, then finally claims on Macedon when you've won against Epirus.
