Hi people,

I've started my first game with the Utopia expansion (played one game on release and left it), just one question about the consequences of a truce.

I'm playing mil, xenophobe, auth humans. I got war decced on by another race early game and struggled to force a white peace. Now after this white peace we are in a truce, and this is forcing me to give a race who war decced me free travel through my space, when I'm xenophobe and have them as rivals... to me this does not make sense.

Is this working as intended?

Thanks.

Part of any truce usually involved 5 years of open borders, so you can withdraw forces and research debris. After five years, you should be able to close your borders (or they should automatically if you are rivals).
