Open beta?

The open beta was mentioned today at the stream from EGX. (https://www.twitch.tv/videos/132230163 after 1:17:45)

But, if i'm not mistaken, the wargame EE had a "pre-order to get into the beta" thing. So i'm wondering will the Steel Division open beta be open as in open for everybody?

I'll most likely pre-order anyway but still.

Probably... all of Eugene Systems prior releases did the same: preorder gives access to open Beta.

I'm just not sure Paradox wanted that info to be released... the video was funny; Eugene guy was like 'who cares we are going to have an open beta'... and Paradox guy was like shut up lol

I mean, eugen are our friends, ofcourse they would want us to know about the open beta and when it would be. Paradox, are you not our friends? Friends dont let friends sit in the dark

I could go for some more closed beta action followed immediately by some open beta action followed immediately by the final balancing patch on 'release'.
