Sadly the bug on air supply that it wont grant fuel to divisions on its own is still there since the Barbarossa update, so i made a Bug Report. Please upvote so Paradox sees and fixes. Thanks guys!

Sure it's a bug? Units will only get fuel if the supply level is above a specific threshold.

Pretty sure, if this is intented its pretty stupid i think. The report is pretty detailed u can read it for more info and two tests ive done
