- Added defines for Number of Great Power allies allowed before a penalty is applied to alliance chance
- Added defines for Penalty on alliance chance for having more GP allies than allowed
- AI: Will no longer break alliances due to gaining too many Great Power allies

Fixed a bug where subjects of subjects could not call their overlord to war if attacked.

Does this fix work the other way round so that subjects of subjects are called into wars automatically when the top overlord calls their overlord into a war? For example, if England wins the Hundred Years War will the French vassals join new wars that England drags the PU'd France into?

Oh, FYI you've mislabelled it on the Steam Beta list. It says 1.4.0.4 not 1.5.04. Minor thing but could confuse people and cause unnecessary questions.

I always thought that vassals having vassals of their own was a bug in itself... But it's not?
Colonial nations are subjects, and it's perfectly feasible to have vassals who can colonize. (Frex, as France I've got Granada, Brittany, and Norway as vassals.)

these are much needed. Now if you can only remove the silly MP penalty on far eastern nations (indian and chinese tech groups) It is already bad enough to make them gain tech slower with the +50 and +60% tech penalties. Wasn't until the victorian age where there was a significant difference in technology. British only did well in Indian because they played Indian nations against each other. And it wasn't until the victorian age when they even fully conquered india.

Give it a f’ing rest. Paradox know their business. They know you're unhappy with their design choice. This is a hotfix. Nay, it is the beta for a hotfix. Major design changes do not generally come in hotfixes. Hotfixes are for urgent bugs. Your persistent, constant whining in every post you make will do nothing, nothing, nothing to expedite the change you want to see.

And we even have a historical precedent of a vassal who colonized. That would be the livorian order under overlord the Commonwealth.
