Open an official channel at Chinese video website?

There is a big problem that players in Chinese mainland cant connect to Youtube freely. As you can see in the official stream when Campus DLC launched, there were few people from here. Most players know nothing about news and dedicated official tutorials, even this game.

So I suggest that an official channel could be open at Chinese video website like "Bilibili", which is similar to youtube to attract more players.
