Parlimentary Chat rooms

I Dont know if it is possible or not. but i was thinking that it would be a good idea to put a chat room on EUtopia for parlimentary debates. Only members of Parliment could type messages of course, however other people may "observe" the debates. This would be good for the passing of bills, event debates ect. They would only be open at the times of parlimentary meeting aswell though. I Consider that people might not be able to be online for every metting, so for votes and such there would be the normall way aswell.
if somebody could get in touch with the People who run the paradox forums, we could request this for EUtopia. i think this would add a large amount of realism to the RPG
