So, exclusively for vS, not available to anyone else, I would bet 900 chips versus one of his that the NPC known as Franscico Rio will not topple and replace Felix Castor as El Presidente of Cuba before the end of Term XI, subject to the condition that the if the plot device that 'Francisco' is the natural son of Felix is used it doesn't count as a topple and replace.

You could improve your odds if you hired a lawyer, like Martinez (Mezzo) or O'Floinn, but as it stands now:
*wristslap includes reduction in rank, discharge, censure, community service, fines, etc.
If the case if transferred to the Hague, Tulp dies, or similar result that doesn't come to a verdict all bets are off, and wagers returned. As a player, you would probably prefer a death sentence to prison time, as only posting in the local detention facility would be boring, I won't provide separate odds for the death penalty. When he does get out, I would advise your character not to eat in a Chinese restaurant.

JL wagers 35 that if there is a verdict in the Tulp courtmartial, the Admiral is found guilty of some charge but the announced punishment does not involve his incarcation or a death sentence. JL's current balance is 985. If this event happens JL will collect 100 chips.
