If anyone is interested I have edited the "provinceimprovements" file in the "db" folder. Build times are now 2x faster. I also edited the "1066_scenario_provinces.inc" (scenarios folder) file (renamed to "1000_scenario_provinces.inc) so that everyone starts with just a Hill Fort.

2x Faster Advance Times

For those who prefer a little quicker research time I have edited the "advances_discovery" file for that very purpose. exampe: An advancement that would take 500 months now would take only 250 months.
100 months now is 50 & so on.

Found a "cost" error in..."provinceimprovements" file, fixed...sorry. Can be used for Dues Vult.
