One of the most stupid things about AE

After the Hundred Years War, I retook 2 provinces from England and rebels took Calais for me. Later, I was discovered while fabricating a claim in Brittany.

So:

I can get AE for just those things with irrelevant countries like the Ottomans and the Muscovy. That is simply ridiculous and I am sure it will result in a coalition cascade at some point.

Yup, that happens, but such value is low and it should go down to zero within a year or two. Make sure you improve relations with those countries with most AE from you to avoid coalitions.
