The description says you need to "own" Paris. But in EU3, you only needed to siege it away. Can anyone verify what is needed for the achievement? It makes a big difference in strategy.

It's faster not to bother with that, actually. Just make them ditch Champagne, Alencon, etc. as free nations. You already control Normandy, and Burgundy has Picardie. Doesn't take long to isolate Ile. I mean, unless you want to do the win-HYW-thing just to continue on with the game.
