VR was the first thing on my mind this morning. I'm happy to go with the the download, although I wonder what happens if it gets interrupted or if I lose files (to a virus, corruption, etc). On the other hand, since a much higher fraction of the money goes directly to Paradox, I am willing to risk having to shell out another $10.

That I can answer you can download the game as many times as you like. If you were to download it to 10 different computers ina single day we might want to ask you a few questions but otherwise it is yours. I had my PC die on me, so I just logged into gamers gate again and re downloaded Victoria. In a way it was better than having the CD, because I did not have to remember where I put the CD last.
