On-way change update. The mod was way better than the CO update.

Hello. ( First, i'am sorry, my english is far to be perfect but i do my best to be understable, please be tolerant :))

I'am finaly really desapointed by this update.
I was using this mod

http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=408209297

And after a try with the CO update... I can really say that the mod was doing it in a way better way. Because
The CO update dont care of the mouse mouvement direction when you want to change way

It turn the one-way way changement far less handy. As exemple
Lets say you have this

If you want to do a quick change since the CO update and drag your mouse from the left to the right you will have that

You still have the error ! you will have to spend your time and carefully change road unit by road unit

BUT with the mod since it take care of the mouse movement direct of each road unit, you avoid any mistake and its WAY faster you will have that :

Please.. since with your update its saddly not possible to use the mod anymore.... change your update :(

With the mod, changing the road direction destroyed my buildings. Not anymore. The way it is done now is a little bit slower, but I think it can also allow some precision. Now, I think I would also prefer if dragging the mouse could give a direction, but I still like the official version more than the mode because it doesn't mess with my city too much.

Thats strange, I used the mod an awful lot and not once did it destroy any buildings.
I used it quite a lot to make interchanges too, since drawing the roads in the same direction (i.e highway to roundabout) would result in consistent curves, then altering the direction of the roads applicable.

I hope this is still possible, gonna have to try it now...
Edit... Seems fine after a quick test..

Edit 2: @ woots, seems the mod author has updated it so you can still use it if you prefer. ;)

@FX2K thanks for the info ! i can finaly use that mod again <3.

Imho, CO should directly use that mod in their game. clearly better than what they did :] ( but still, its nice that they did something for that )

I think it destroys buildings when the building would be isolated with no way to go to it, but I'm not sure. Still, I like having the two tools.

The CO upgrade only requires a right click on each section you want to change. No dragging involved. Also, none of my buildings were deleted with the road direction change.

It would be a nice feature to be able to select multiple road sections and change them at once. Like dragging a selection box around the desired sections and right clicking the whole selection to change the directions at once.
