Omani Australia - colony name?

Hi Folks!
Is anyone here on the forum speak Arabic/Omanese?
I would like to name my Omani colonial nation in Australia "New Batinah", but in Arabic. I, of course, have no clue how would that be written/spelled. Something like 'al-Batinah al-Jadid'?

Any other cool names for arabian colonies? I've found this on the other thread:
"The Farthest South", Al-Janūb al-Aqṣā

Edit: Or maybe I should just go with 'Al Hajar'? Hmm...

Err, maybe it's just me but "al-batinah al-jadid' sounds pretty awkward. I would suggest something more like, "Al-sahra hamra" ~ the red desert.

I think I will go with the shorter version - 'Al-Hamra' (red/the red one). There are several cities in the Muslim World with that name (in Oman among others) + also this.
Australia is sometimes called 'The Red Continent'. I think this makes sense...
