Because proper beer making (with hops) is actually something invented after the period of the game, let's move honey/wax to sugar. During the game period, beer was never made on a large scale for export, but mead was.
Also, Coffee was only discovered in the 9th century as a stimulant, and the brewing of Coffee was outside the game period.
Rename Manufactory to Weaving Guild (Carpets, Linen, Wool, etc), so Flax, Cotton / Silk or Wool provinces have extra benefits from having Weavers. Brewery renamed to Casking Guild (Mead, Olive Oil and Wine)
Fine Arts Manufactory should be a Place of Worship, and naval good manufactory should be Shipwrights Guild
Exotic goods should cover strange and rare items only from some parts of the world, such as polar bear hides, coral, ebony, ivory, exotic animals like giraffes and ostriches, narwhal horns, elephant ivory etc.
