I cannot offer you an official explanation, only my own theory. I think that because the elections are upon us,and no matter who wins the cabinets will likely be shaken up, there is a reluctance to name any new officials at this point in time.
I have waited in vain for weeks hoping that fellow government officials would support my commission on Worker Benefits, but no one (in government) has accepted my invitation.
Other than the President and Minister Peo, it seems that the rest of the goverment is oblivious to even problems like the French violation of our sovereignty.
Although to be fair, Minister Vasco IK Kenny has been pushing his own issues in parliament.
