Old Gods DLC not appearing in Game Launcher

On Steam I bought the Old Gods expansion at the same time as Songs of Byzantium. The Songs of Byzantium downloaded and appears but The Old Gods does not show up in the Game Launcher.

I have written to Steam as well. Did Steam file integrity check and it came out fine. I have the following DLC's in the CKII Folder:
DLC011.dlc and DLC017.dlc

DLC011.dlc is from October (probably Legacy of Rome)
DLC017.dlc is from Today (probably Songs of Byzantium) - can anyone confirm?

I've tried launching The Old Gods from the Steam Page and everything and its the same problem. Please help!

Please try restarting steam and try to download the DLC again.

I restarted my computer (including Steam) and then uninstalled and reinstalled CK2. Still doesn't work.

I think I'm going to start a prepared war against Paradox.

Please don't start a war with us. We don't have the manpower or equipment for it. We do have some epic strategic minds though...

Have you tried validating files through steam?
