old gods dlc/how to change ck2 versions

can someone tell me how to fix the old gods dlc. I pay and downloaded it off of steam and when i activate it in the start up page i can play it ingame.

also can someone tell me how to switch back to the 2.1.2 version, because the dude on youtube told me to switch to the 1.092 version to play prince of thane mod and didn't teach me how to switch back.

There is no 2.1.2 version. Latest is 1.103. Just go into you Steam client beta tab and opt out of the beta you opted into to get 1.092.
