Old Content Pack and Unit DLC

Hi, i was wondering what happened to the old contents pack, to be precise the one that used to have just units inside them.
Steam tells me i currently have these installed, i would like to know where the others went, cause i remember before they used to be in the shop.
- Woman in History
- Winged Hussars Unit Pack
- Trade Nation Unit Pack
- Star and Crescent DLC
- Purple Phoenix
- Native Americans Unit Pack
- Native Americans II Unit Pack
- National Monuments
- National Monuments II
- Muslim Ship Unit Pack
- Muslim Advisor Portraits
- Indian Subcontinent Unit Pack
- Indian Ship Unit Pack
- Horseman of the Crescent Unit Pack
- Evangelical Majors Unit Pack
- Conquistadors Uni Pack
- Colonial British and French Unit Pack
- American Dream DLC
- 100 Years War Unit Pack

So where have all the others Unit Pack gone?

Also another question, why if i already have the DLCs, Steam tells me that i can buy let's say for example the "Early Upgrade Pack" which includes:
- American Dream DLC
- Winged Hussars Unit Pack
- National Monuments
- Star and Crescent DLC
- Horseman of the Crescent Unit Pack
- The Conquest of Constantinople Music Pack ( i have it, but i didn't wrote on top cause it's not a unit pack)
- 100 Years War Unit Pack
- Purple Phoenix

Please, could i know how you guys re-arrenged your shop? Cause i like how simple it is to find which expansion i have or not, but for some stuff i wonder why it say i can buy things i already own!

The unit packs can be found from the pages of the DLCs they were released with.

Except for Third Rome where the Unit pack are include

You can use the wiki's DLC page to find any relevant content.

Regarding the pre-order DLCs: they are listed as a different app id than the ones sold on the store and thus not indicated as owned. I have to say that is rather upsetting as you miss on the discount from the bigger package bundles.

Thank you all for your answers, just another simple question, after checking out the various DLCs i found out that the Catholic Majors Unit Pack and the Evangelical Majors Unit Pack are free downloads, but on Steam only the second one remains, what happened to the Catholic Majors Unit Pack? Is it possible to download it somewhere?

Ok never mind it, i found it and i was able to install it
