Back when introversion owned the game you had the ability to create your own character. Is this feature still here and if so, where can i find it?

I'd like the ability to turn this "feature" off. A lot of the names and bios are really really dumb.
Yes yes yes, people paid for their names to be in there, which is why they can keep the feature on when THEY play it.
