Hi guys,

I eagerly awaited M2 and when it was released I played through the short campaign, played a few of the boring scenario maps and tried the abysmal multi several times( didnt get more than 5 mins through a de-synced game... ).

Realizing that there was actually no more content or free play, i trawled the forums for a few weeks for patches and updates etc. Since nothing was mentioned and the English support and updates were so shabby and non existent, I just unistalled the game and forgot about it.

Now ive come back to check whats happened in the meantime several weeks later and from what i can see, apart from a small patch, nothing has really advanced game/update-wise. Am I correct in this assumption?

Its made me really realize that this game, while fun, good looking and well developed, just doesnt have the content that a game of this calibre and price range should have. There is just nothing complelling me to install it again and play any of the same levels again...

Quite disappointing that im gonna have to truly shelf and forget about this game to be honest...:eek:o :(

You are correct both in your assumption and in your realization.

Cheers.

There's been a lot of clamoring on these forums for a freeplay (skirmish) option to add replayability to the game. You're right. I have gone through the campaign and played the single-mission boards a few times but now I'm thoroughly done with them. I, also, however, have had better experiences on multiplayer. It's better if you host, because IIRC if the host leaves things can get screwy, fast.

there is alot of work to do in programing, testing, trouble shooting, X="no" ; if (x <>= "done") then goto testing - before a patch will be released. - every P.C. game usually takes several months to get a content patch out. need to wait longer then a few weeks. - pick another game to play and watch the forums until it happens.
