Ok, Im not sure if this is a bug.... but let me try.
Ill give you the scenario, Im Yugoslavia and getting 20 oil daily. Then when I move one military unit, and it can be anything, even a infantry division, I all of a sudden start loosing 10 oil a day, and Im not able to stop it until I run out.
I dont think this is suppost to happen, as nothing eats up 30 oil a day in movement, and especially not when it stops moving and bases like fighters.
Is this working correctly, or is it a bug and can it be fixed?
(This has happened with other countries as well, and other resources.)
