Oil Demand seems abit misplaced...

Because i dont really see how Oil was important for making tanks,vehicles and ships. Shouldnt it rather be a upkeep thing instead of a literal demand for building stuff? Seems to be put on its head.

Granted, its alot easier now than it would be with oil upkeep. Will this be changed? Have they said anything on it?

Oil would definetly not hamper construction of vehicles and ships thats for sure.
