Oil conversion.

I hope i will be understood...because i speak english like a spain cow :D

So i would like a changement in oil conversion. A country would can change the same quantity of energy in oil than he has got IC. And the player/AI choose the quantity changed.
Summary : If you have got 100IC you will be able to change 100 energy units in oil...After the quantity of oil made depends of technology level... :)

This is not in direct response to the first item.

Each country had a capacity of converting coal or whatever to oil. The game makes it a mandatory task whenever the energy / oil inventory is below a certain amount. This does not take into account the capacity to do that conversion, but only the ratio of energy to oil.

I would like to see conversion to be a production item depending upon capacity.
A country would be able to build capacity and also determine the amount of conversion of energy (coal most likely) to oil.

Also the conversion of oil to synthetic rubber (rare) should also be a capacity / need system.

I will note that I am more interested on the building of and army than the fighting that army encounters at war.

Since it requires alot of Energy to convert it to oil....your income on energy pretty much shows your capacity to convert it. At the time, very few countries could convert it, and the larger coutnries now have larger Energy and thus pretty much draw the comparrison.

Maybe make a new building / improvment for provinces should be built, like IC?

It's an idea, the will to produce oil by conversion of energy would be more realist.
And the strategic bombardment would be very usefull

In the same idea, the possibility to improve the production of ressource of one province is interesting...20, 25 per cent in more it's fun :)

strategic bombardment is very useful already...almost too deadly.
