I have a big database of all defense webs of every countries and i can know what weapons have, and how many division and his names ( of some countries).

That'll come much later if it comes at all. It could be useful if we decide to do different versions but it is way too early to decide such things.

Put me down for anything on the UK, about 90% complete on OOB, will then start work on leaders etc, will try to find something to use as a prop poster.

Luner or marty, i'm good with leaders. i was able to add myself into the game and put my picture in the game too. Can I do something with leaders too?
Yes! They are one of our weakest areas (second after events) at this point!
Well, what's needed is someone to do research for various commanders in various countries. You can see my Belgian and Chinese lists as examples. After you get the major leaders of that country down, simply make up names for the lower leaders. If you want, you can turn them (and the already posted lists) into code.

very well! I'll try to get european countries first. btw this is one of the few things that i can be able to code for you guys.
Great, keep in mind that you'll have to do a little scrounging. I doubt you'll find a site that says "Modern Italian Officers", but perhaps the Italian Navy site has a list of ships and their captains, or CNN has an article containing an Italian admiral's thoughts on some accident.
I also don't know if we need it in saved-game code or the leader file code. I think we may need it in the former since it seems like most of the information will be contained in a single file.
