Actually, coding leader files isn't that big of a deal. We have enough leader files for our alpha. We don't have any raw information for your to code in this section, so if you were to do anything with leaders, it would probably have to begin with researching the various commanders for various countries.
OOB's aren't needed. Only a couple left.
Ministers, pretty much the same thing as the leaders but even less important.
Tech, coding needed. There is a list in the tech thread that's very good and needs coding.
As to HOW to code, well, I would simply look at the text files for HoI to see how they work. Most are pretty self-explanatory. Only thing that's not that I can think of is that each item needs a unique ID number.

Research is also cool. You can see examples of it in the leaders and ministers thread if you're interested. You just need Google and some time.
I'll join if I can. I can do events(would be nice if I would learn to code them) and techs. I can also post my (wild) ideas if you want. I can, of course, do alpha and beta testing when the time comes. I'm really waiting for this mod and I want to help you guys.

hehe im having a lots of problems whit my notes. I need pass this course, and next year, im studying Informatic Ingenier.
But i need pass the year.
I cant use my pc until summer. Sorry...
But im alive and i want help in the proyect.
PD: Today 04-11-2004, Today, ETA explode 4 bombs in Madrid in the morning, when every body go to work. 170 died. Today at 5:30 im traveling to Madrid...

I can help a bit. I dont know how to script and got through 50% of making my own country with the help of Harvard Hacking Haven then screwed up though. Any informaiton you guys need I can probally find though, including propaganda posters.
You can go back a bit and look at the propgranda poster thread to see what we need there, but it's not very important for the alpha. You can look around the threads to see what research you're interested in.

I´d really like to contribute to this mod, as it is the most promising one I´ve seen so far.
I´m quite experienced in event scripting and thus would prefer a "position" there, but from the looks the event-section is pretty much done, right?
However, if there´s anything to be done (maybe related to Germany) or if you need translations into German or from German, I´d love to help.

Event scripting is probably what we need the most, so any help there would be wonderful.
