1. When traveling to a nearby island (ie corsica), The army pathfinder realizes that a ship in the water can be used as a bridge. But when it boards the ship, it stops and I have to manually unload to the island. Works as intended or bug?
2. I still have no clue why I would want characters to have wealth. Can someone explain?
3. I see that corruptness and traits of characters affect governer performance. But I do not see any indication that the finesse level (or charisma) affects anything. I assumed there would be a tax multiplier or something. Am I missing something?
4. Same question for ruler. I do not see any indication that the ruler's attributes (finesse, charisma, marshal) affect anything.
5. Anything wrong with placing a high finesse individual with low loyalty to an open research slot?
Thanks a lot!
1) Works as intended
2) Events, to give one example if you have negative cash and a rich ruler he will give donations to the treasury
3) Corruptness works like this the more corrupt a governor is the more he will suqeeze from a province. This will upset the locals raising revolt risk. This will also increase both the governor's wealth and the countries tax take from the province.
4) The ruler is automatically governor of your captial province. he can also command armies.
5) Low loyalty people are always a risk (for a popular ruler the risks are very low, something needs to hit the ruler's popularity first), however they are most dangerous when comamnding an army with loyal troops with the additional loyalty penalties they get.
