If you want to prevent him from revolting, disband his loyal cohors. It will cost you some money, but prevent loyalty from falling
BTW, one of the things usually skipped is prestige of ruler. If your ruler has over 50 prestige, country won't revolt![]()
I assume by prestige you mean his popularity, gained from battles (well, winning them), this national idea I considered useless and omens. Well, now I know what those are for.
