I'll toast to that. To Eutopia, its people, its leaders and its future.

Why do you say that?

"Well, there is a general decline of socialism since the 1990's. But, let's not talk about that now. What are the issues facing Eutopia today, that could unite the factions?"

Josephus lights a cigarette.

"Unite the factions? Hmmm. You see, I don't think there are any specific issues that can, as you say, unite the factions. To be honest, I think that for the most part, give or take some rhetoric, this is the most depolarized election campaign. Despite what we may all say in our respective campaigns I think we are all very close on the political spectrum.

You have the moderates. Then just to the right of them you have the CUE and just to the left of the moderates you have us, the ESA. There's very little radicalism really.

But on the things that make us, the two farthest parties, the CUE and ESA, different we will never find middle ground. They want to cut taxes, I don't. They believe in more privatization. I don't. They want to unite all the three nations...I don't.

But this is democracy, eh?

Thats the great thing about democracy we are allowed to agree to disagree.
The only thing that might make the political factions unite is most likley a full blown invasion and occupation of Eutopia.
