I know this is possible in Crusader Kings 1 and 2 and in all Europa Uinversalis release. Are they going to make possible in this new Hearts of Iron IV? I am asking for this due to fact in Hearts of Iron III, say your are playing a minor nation and you want them to advance and what not. Whatever officer that was pre-made for your nation is what you get and the rest of your military organization will be made up of no leaders and when those pre-made leaders die then it was nice seeing you.

I used to play HOI 3 with all the expansion but due to fact that I keep running out of officer when I am on a world conquering as Haiti. Either my troops ran out of supplies that seem to have a hard time reaching them when I cheat build a massive convoy system or the game crash because I have built a massive convoy system.
