Officer Corps UI is bugged and not displaying the required information

Steps to Reproduce​

Open new game (say Germany) and open de officer corps

Also some of the spirits are not displaying the modifiers they give so not sure if is just a display issue or the effect is also not applying

would be good to know what localisation file defines this so I can help look for the issue

Have you tried to check file integrity via Steam and/or a reinstall (including erasing the HoI4 folder under Documents/Paradox Interactive)? This looks like an issue which could be related to missing/messed upfiles or a formerly used mod causing trouble.

You are correct, a file was corrupted, weird thing, never happend to me before
