Oh, thank you I just wondered why it isn't included with the steam download. I google'd it, but I didn't trust the download site you linked in, so I asked.
Ah, I think with Steam, games usually do not include the manual with the download. I guess that helps so that if they want to update the manual they do not have to push a new version of the game. They can just update the manual separately. I'm not exactly sure where it is in the menu system, with with Steam games you can access the manual through a menu someplace. I'm at work so I cannot dig it out at the moment.
