Offering / Requesting protection

Well I´ve had this idea in mind and wanna hear my fellas Paradoxian citizens of it.

Lets say small little Country A is feeling threatended by Big and stronk Country C
But then Country A is Asking Country B for Protection in exchange for money
Country B will Take x% of the monthly Income in exchange for Direct militaristic support in case Country A is being invaded.

This can be done as a deal for x amount of years or something.

Its like the opposite of a coalation. Tell me what cha think, why its good or not or further extend this.

In some way it is.
However you (the player) is requesting for protection in exchange for paying a tribute.

I would support a "swear fealty"-type option.
I've wanted it since EU3, was happy to see it in CK2, and disappointed to see it not introduced for EU4.
