I DoW coutry A which is in alliance with country B so country B DoW me.
I take province of country B in that war. Do I get BB as taking province in offensive or defensive war ?

Country B didn't DoW you, it joined the war on country A's side. Then, country B is on the defensive side, and you get BB for taking province as in offensive war, that is 2 BB/apiece mostly. You're better off force-vassalizing them.

Take a look at the Diplomacy FAQ, you'll get many useful informations on the ways to maximize your odds of successfully diplo-annexing.

And don't try to diplo-vassalize, only force-vassalize. It's much harder now to do the diplomatic way. And diplo-annexion are still exploitatively easy to make.
