Well an oddity, where to start. Mostly afganistan navies are pretty wierd to see floating around

I have recently been playing Germany quite a lot, and been given naval doctrine technologies by Hungary and Slovakia... which makes me wonder how they got them.

The other odd one was a small Soviet army, I guess left over from the Winter War, sitting just on the *western* side of the Soviet/Finn border while I had 40 panzer divisions advancing toward Leningrad, and doing nothing about it.... I guess they really felt the need to defend (neutral) Finland.

That's not that surprising, if they weren't in a border province. It happened to me once, I was overrunning Finland but then decided to accept their peace offer, leaving nearly a hundred divisions deep within Finland. As we were at peace, I could not move them into a neighboring Finnish province to find a way home. They were dieing from a lack of supplies, argh, I just started a new game and learned a lesson.
