Hey guys...I play this game a lot and I have compiled list of things that need changing.

1. AI should move isolated capitals to more defensive location.

Happens all the time. Through muliple wars you are pushing deeper and deeper into an AI empire. You eventually conquere all the lands around his capital and continue pushing into the other half of his empire. Yet all this time his capital never
moves. This is a big disadvantage for the AI (as it becomes really easy to take the AIs capital in later wars) and no small
nuisance for the player as the player now has to conquer everything an enemy had just to take a single provence.

2. Can't end military access agreements while at war.

Military access takes up relationship spots which can end up eating dip points, yet when at war with the country granting
access the agreement can't be ended. Does this make sense to ANYONE?

3. Can't start a forced march while moving.

This single requirement means lots of extra menu clicking while on the offensive. Why? because sieging armies often need to turn on an off their force march. It would be so much better if you could order an army to move THEN order it to force march. This would save having to go through the siege screen find your particular army, then order it to force march then order it to move. Basically allowing force march to be activated on the move would turn 4 clicks and some list searching into two clicks.

Quite a savings for something that makes no sense anyways. Really? They just can't start walking faster.

Unless something has changed you can force march whenever. I havent actually gotten it since patch 1.2 though.
As for the mil acces agreements, I dont think you can go to war with someone you grant acces to or vice versa. It ends the agreement, like an alliance.
I am not sure I agree with the capital. A nation does not want to move it's capital at any cost, not to mention it would involve moving your king through enemy lands. It makes sense that they sit there and hope to be rescued.

You can be brought into war with each other via alliances.

Moving capital is between wars. And no, no ruler would ever leave themselves so exposed. Typically wars ended once a king was captured or
killed. Often a huge cost to the loser. IE the term kings ransom. French Italian wars, ex

The AI does #1 all the time. If you ever isolate their capitol and they have any place they can move it to that wouldn't be isolated and they have the ADM, they will move their capital and do it with remarkable consistency.

I'm not sure about number 2, but the main nations that would have problems with that are AI nations, which I seem to recall get upkeep-free military access because they're derps.

#3 was done to nerf forced march, which was pretty OP in v1.1. Also, it prevents using micro to get the benefits with less of the drawbacks, as I recall.

You have to be static to toggle Forced March, otherwise you can switch it off right before you reach the next province to save the 2 military power. What I would like is for it to auto toggle off after a siege tick has passed for that army, otherwise I forget about them and they don't regain morale. If a siege tick passes then I'm probably leaving them static for a while, and if not I have to toggle FM back on, but at least I don't have to toggle it off manually.
