Obtaining tax revenue from the church

Hi all,

I am currently playing as Ireland. I have formed the kingdom of Ireland.

I am a bit rusty on this, but my understanding is that if the vassal likes you more that the pope, then they should be paying you the tax but I have a number of clerical vassals who like my ruler better, including one at 100% to my ruler and only 55% to the pope and I am receiving no taxes.

So there must be something else, but I can't recall what it is.

Vassal bishops will pay you if they like you more, but ties are resolved in the Pope's favour so if the vassal likes both of you 100% the Pope will win.

UI is also sometimes kinda sorta not up to date. Let the month roll over. Also, if they like an antipope more than you/the pope they'll pay them (or is it their liege?) instead.
