Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]

Good afternoon, I have an account at Epic Games and I bought the Cities Skylines game there with Almost all DLCS and when I open the Game after the Paradox logo it gives me the following error:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException] the game always worked but I had to format my note and now it keeps giving this error and I can't play
