Oak v1.4.1 (6e42) France doesn't defend czech though event text says it should

I (Czech) formed the Czech entente, annexed Hungary and waited for the sudetenland to fire. It did, right on schedule and I expected to lose, was really happy when according to the event text France decided to leave the allies to join me in an alliance to defend me. However, this did not happen and France watched as my faction got torn to shreds over a little while of war.

My estimate? France-Czech would ordinarily create a faction with France as leader in this situation. With Czech already a faction leader, this failed to fire keeping France neutral (and while willing to join, blocked by the 80% world tension rule for democracies)

The technical stuff:
Description: France does not join Czech Entente when declaring support during sudeten crisis.
DLC's: all currrently available on steam
Mods: none
Reproduction:
1. Launch game as czech
2. form czech entente.
3. Hope france declares support during Sudeten Crisis event (random chance :/)
4. Notice that they don't join the war. (leaving you to die)

Hey, I tried to reproduce this but in all 3 of my runs France joins my war.
Or is your point that they don't advance on Germany to help?

@Ceebie maybe the WT was already high enough in your test or they guarantueed CZE? AFAICT none of the branches in germany.41.b provide FRA a cb if CZE is already in a faction of their own.

• tag to FRA and wait for the NF to finish
• choose the option to support CZE
• don't profit
