I understand why his charisma would be down with all those skills, but its incredible he has that high a charisma. He must be a real psychopath (even though of coruse most psychopaths tend to have a lot of charisma as well).
"Your king has the manners of a baboon", but intrigue like a god! and what does he need manners for? he's the King! and should anyone disagree he can hit them with his martialness which is not bad at all.
He finally died at the age of 85, but not before executing his architect, and marrying the man's 21 year old widow. She had one son by him. 
I also spammed assassins to gain CBs, and even the Mr. Magoo 1-0-1 guys had a decent chance of succeeding. I don't know if the King's finesse helps his assassin's chance or not?
