number of provinces having a trade goods

What the title says. How do I count the number of grain provinces I have? I am trying the `I'll graze my horses here and here' achievement with Oirat->Yuan. Do I have to keep count manually? Or is there a way to find out that?

The ingame achievement list(trophy icon below the pause button) shows how far along you are with the achievement. The tooltip tells you the exact number of provinces and the total shows one more, as long as you also fulfill the condition to be a horde. And the list can highlight all grain and livestock provinces which you don't own if you click on the number.
