I played until 1946 as GER. BP fired JAP and I hold best pieces of SU. USA is pounding JAP islands with STRs. I have UK,SPA,POR,IRE and usual stuff up to India and Suez. I also have Newfoundland. Pretty much only USA left to attack. I have 3 nukes ready 4 STRs with 16 V2 version2s. HUN ROM BUL SCA in Axis. Whole usual game but....
I just opened the game as USA. All of a sudden GER used 3 nukes on USA soil, namely New York, Washington and Detroit.
AI can use nukes I can say.
