I am just trying the new beta patch and am loving the new senarios. Other than the USSR and USA not having any techs in 1941 senario, it looks to be more or less free of bugs. I just have a couple comments regarding nukes in the game.
It is very wierd that the USSR still makes no attempt to make nukes. Sure, they probably won't be building reactors when Germans are on the doorstep of Moscow...but eventually they should try to catch up. It makes the game pointless to play (as any nation other than USSR, and build nukes yourself) after 1945. I'm not totally sure, but I believe the same is true for Germany. If they win the war in Europe they still get nuked to the stone age and do not retaliate.
Another comment I have is that there should be some deterrent against indiscriminately dropping all your nukes on the enemy. Every game I see the USA drop at least 10 nukes on innocent (Japanese controlled) India, China and (German controlled) France. And when they are in range on Berlin and Tokyo. I am not saying I want to see complete historical accuracy, but maybe a belligerence hit or something is in order per nuke.
