Nevr tried it, but I think nukes would only effect is as they effect other installations.

and how they affect other instalations??? in ver 1.3 they would kill and redux to zero infra every nuked province....I don't recall what happened to installations....

In HoI2, ports and airbases (never nuked radar) got set to zero, then crawled bak up to full strength. IC and TC never recovered. It's not a good idea to nuke industrial centers if you plan to occupy them afterwards.
