Nuke Question...

I am playing CORE 1.1, Germany, in 1946.

Screen shows I have 4 nukes. I have ICBMS all the way to the max in secrets. All Nuclear, Radar, and Computer upgrades researched.

I still cannot nuke. It this a general bug in CORE, or am I missing something?

You have to upload a nuke to your ICBM unit.
Click on atom bomb symbol, then go to your ICBM. Select it. Click on it to see it statistics.
At the bottom there will be a new icon (atom bomb symbol) click on it to attach a nuke to ICMB.
Then you will have to click , select mission - nuke and pick location to drop nuke on.
