Nuke from the start?

I'm starting a new game (1936) as Germany, and I wonder if it's possible
to give that country atomic bombs - from the start.
Or maybe do some modding and give Germany all the atomic technology?
My English suck, but I think you guys get the picture?

If anyone could post a guide on how to do this, I would be really happy!

It doesn’t work to type F12 - “nuke” , and then place it on a STR. I guess
you need all the technologies.

Oh btw!! Is it possible to start a game with a country that’s already
researched all the technology - have all the equipment?

Hit F12 and type the following

tech <number>
for each of the following: 5500,5510,5520,5530,5540,7170,7180,7190

that will give germany all nuke related techs.
If you do with some other country that don't start with any nuke techs (like germany do) you need this three too: 5470,5480,5490

Where can I learn more about all thoose codes? If I would like to get, lets say,
some infantry tech from the start?

I don't know if there's any list of the technumbers but you can alway check the files in the \Hearts of Iron 2\db\tech\ folder. Open for example the infantry_tech.txt file. The beginning of each tech looks like this:

application = { # Great War Infantry Division
id = 1010
name = TECH_APP_INFANTRY_1_NAME
desc = TECH_APP_INFANTRY_1_DESC

where id = xxxx is the number you use together with the 'tech' command.
