i did and tested this nuclear mod.

now soviet union and germany can research,build, and launch nuclear bombs

in DH vanilla USA can build 1 bomb each month so in 1954 usa had 96 bombs and about 30 launch.

with Nuclear Mod v2.0 urss, ger and usa can build only 1 bomb each year, in 1946 USA will build about 2 bombs...(same in real WWII)

By the way, good mod, in Vanilla USSR would never really focus on nukes...

play this mod with last patch,
i think you shouldnt have problem with beta patch too.

installation is simple, u need just to unrar the archivie in darkest hour/mods/darkest hour full directory
make a backup before to do it

You say that nations other than the U.S. could not build nukes, when I as Communist China could even eventually start making nukes, so I'm confused.

No AI nation other than the USA would research and produce nuclear bombs/reactors. Now AI Germany and Soviet Union can too.

btw with this mod ger focus on atomic reserch at the start of the scenario and build strategic bombers too.
but rarely ger will use nuclear bombs because often it is a looser of WWII

I'd also mod Britain's AI to make nukes. The UK was gunning for them as well.
